Virginia Intermont College closed its doors in 2014 after 130 years in Bristol, Virginia. This site exists to keep her memory — and her people — connected.
Forever Intermont is a volunteer-run home for alumni stories, resources, alumni-owned businesses, and photographs from every era of the college. It is not affiliated with any surviving institution — it is a keepsake, maintained by alumni for alumni.
How to help

Every story, business listing, and photograph is reviewed before it appears on the site. Please give the caretakers a few days.
